+ TWEAK: Aquatic Transport Station now gives a civ RANGE bonus instead of a LOGISTICS bonus

Lots of nice changes. Although the torian harvestor has been slightly improved it still seems totaly worthless to me.

A lot of races no longer have full access to all the mining techs will these be reintroduced at some point?

Looking forward to seeing what the iconians will be like. Any info would be gratefully received.

BUG: Weather control zenith somtimes adds more PQ than it should. As I understand it it should add 3 tiles no matter what size of the planets they are built on. It doesn't always do this it often will add 6 tiles B2B+previous betas.

Hrm, I never checked for sure but any time I went to create new ships (usually after having done some research) with any race warp bubbles were available. If I'm reading the change log correctly, it looks like you said you just fixed a Terran bug. I've been able to put warp bubbles on Yor, Arcean and Torean ships from pretty early on. Maybe it's attached to a semi-early tree tech that I'm just not seeing, but I usually read what each tech will give me fairly thoroughly. I guess I'll just fire it up and play a game as the torians and see if I can still put warp bubbles on without researching them.

Nice to see that some of the bugs I emailed in have been fixed.

By the way, I didn't see any major changes for the Yor. From my understanding, they were supposed to be no longer affected by morale. From my playing of the previous beta, I've seen that the Yor still have morale. Is this how things are things going to be?

As far as I understand, Warp Bubbles arev(supposed to be) a unique Terran Tech.
