I completely forgot to post this last night and then had technical difficulties this morning, but at last, here it is:

+ NEW: Iconians are now enabled
 + Organic Hull Plating added.
 + Barter Station Improvement added
 + Merchant Emporium added
 + Merchant Trade complex added
 + Dream Conclave added
 + Robotic Farming added
 + Precursor library added
 + Interstellar Refinery added
 + Molecular Fabricator added

+ NEW: Yor 'Collective' images: FactoryCollective1,2,3 and 4

+ NEW: Advanced Market Center and Torian 'Technology Communes' not have their own improvement images

+ NEW: All new Improvements now have a 128x128 icon

+ NEW: Terror Stars are now enabled. 
 + They take 10 turns after completion before you can move them.
  + Terror Star rings animation locks into place before firing and it starts back up again while it descends
 + Terror Stars are scaled differently than other ships so that the basic terror stars are not bigger than the final terror star

+ NEW: Animatied ship parts
 + Ship Design Screen starts in "play" mode by default
 + Animation settings are not inherited when you choose a new component after animating a previous component

+ NEW: 'Favorites' Tab for Ship Extras
 + When an 'Extra' component is selected, press the 'Favorite' button in the bottom left corner
 + All Favorites will list under a seperate tab, allowing for clutter-free ship creation

+ NEW: Weapon Effects Updated: Kinetic Streams, Seeker, Scatter Blaster, Nightmare Torpedo, Pulse Cannon, Blackhole Gun, Anitmatter Torpedo, Doom Ray, Graviton Disruptor, Harpoon, Phasors, Particle Beams, Stinger, Disruptors, Lasers, and Sparrow

+ NEW: Recruiting Center – increases population growth and economy

+ TWEAK: Better at research plague event

+ TWEAK: Terran Alliance AI smarter at building colonies up, more sophisticated researcher

+ TWEAK: Terran Alliance scouts are tiny to get them our earlier in the game (others may follow depending on how well they do)

+ TWEAK: Drengin/Yor a bit better at choosing planetary improvements

+ TWEAK: Research improvements have higher maint.

+ FIXED: Bug where Terrans would split their weapon researching between X and missiles when it wanted to focus on X.

+ FIXED:  Change to  the AI value for interstellar construction and artificial gravity to make them get researched better

+ FIXED: The ship type "Starbase" is no longer listed as an unlockable ship for "Large Scale Building" tech

+ FIXED: Techs that are not available due to ethics alignment will not show up as a tech unlocked by a tech

+ FIXED: Particle Beam tech names for Terran tech tree

+ FIXED: Requirements for Fleet Warp Bubble techs

+ FIXED: Bug where asteroid mining base graphics on other asteroids would explode if a terror star blew up an asteroid field mining base

+ FIXED: Lockup bug caused by the AI using the pathfinding code to try and figure out how many turns away something is at the same time the graphics code was updating auto-pilot lines

+ FIXED: Crash when trying to view the high scores list after finishing an immense galaxy

+ FIXED: Selected starships will no longer move as if they are visible even when they aren't - they use the quickmove function, which speeds up the auto pilot ships moving considerablely

+ FIXED: Pathfinding code should never fail now unless the path is actually completely blocked; ie it won't time out

+ FIXED: Bug where ResearchBonus value was not being used from improvements like Research Coordination Centers

+ FIXED: Changed it so that if you conquer a planet that is building a ship, the starport is changed to build nothing.  In previous versions, you could keep building the ship, but with the new tech tree system this is less practical.

+ FIXED: Made Mixed VP processing disabled by default because most video drivers don't seem to do it right

+ FIXED: Advanced Navigation Centers to auto-upgrade Navigation Centers and provide 2 bonus moves

+ FIXED: Made Traditional Warfare and Information Warfare invasion tactics require Planetary Invasion

+ FIXED: Disabled custom maps and scenarios until we can make sure that they're compatible with the new tech trees, etc.

+ FIXED: Bug where GNNWnd sometimes came up blank; the missing events were the events where your ship or fleet destroyed an enemy ship or fleet

+ FIXED: Bug where filter buttons in ship designer were not working correctly

+ FIXED: Bug where fleets showed the wrong ship(s) on the map

+ FIXED: Bug where minor races would have a "blank" tech entry in the trade screen

+ FIXED:  Crash related to starbase graphics creation

+ FIXED: Typo in Stinger II description

+ FIXED: Bug where processes were not cleared/killed when starting a new game from within a game, which may have been the cause of random crashes

+ FIXED: Crash in RenderOldTandL for ships

+ FIXED: Bug where after invading with a fleet of transports, the fleet gfx on the map would not update

Are the new improvements (precursor archive, dream conclave) boosted by bonus squares?

I would assume they are but my assumptions have not always been right.

Are these two structures supposed to be separate? I mean that the "Barter Station" doesn't upgrade to a "Merchant Emporium" (I think thats the order you get them.).

Doesn't work right. I selected some parts as favorites, and later I found that some of them weren't in the list, instead they appeared to have been replaced by other parts. When I deleted some, and came back later, the list changed again.
