So here's a quick update

It's promising to be an absolutely gorgeous weekend here in Michigan, so please be patient if you post something on the forums and no one from Stardock responds until Monday. I personally plan to get as much stuff done in my yard and the outside of my house as possible this weekend.

I'm only going to cover what I did this week because before that you have the release notes from the various builds that went up to get an idea of what we were doing, and I want to go enjoy my weekend. It was a short week for me because I went to Atlanta to celebrate my nephew's 1st birthday last Friday and came back Monday. I spent a good portion of the week fixing crashes and other serious bugs. I also tried adding a launch button to the GCConfig program so that you can start GC2 from it, but I somehow managed to break my TGN installation of GC2 and I couldn't tell if it was my launch button code or if it was SDC's fault. Then I tried re-installing GC2 and now I can't archive it, so I'm waiting on some help from the developers who work on SDC. At any rate, I was only frustrating myself trying to figure out the launch button problem, so I moved on to other things. The difficulty and intelligence spinners weren't updating each other properly, and I also discovered that the spinner for the number of opponents wasn't updating when I toggled the races via their portraits. So I fixed all of those. Then I started the work to be able to customize the existing races, but we need to get the custom race screen finished and re-design the race setup screen to get the full functionality into the game.

I also ran into a weird bug while trying to help Mormegil test some of his tweaked screens. I made him an updated exe from my desktop PC but it would always crash with an error that I'd never seen before. So I made him one from my laptop that works, but I'll have to figure out what is causing that crash and fix it before I can check in my code.

Have a great weekend everyone!
